Antonio is dedicated, knowledgeable and creative. Since I've started working with him,
his routines interesting and challenging, and working with him is a joy because he's
funny yet at the same time makes you stay motivated. Antonio is also very
knowledgeable about fitness and gives great advice when it comes to your off-days
and how you should manage your nutrition. He also does a great job of keeping in
touch with his clients via e-mail, and he's very dependable. Antonio is a great, caring
guy whose number-one priority is his clients' health and satisfaction. He comes with

Prior to working with Antonio I was intimidated by strength training, but Antonio
encouraged me to give it a try. Now it is my favorite part of my program and my body
has transformed as a result. I feel stronger and healthier. Antonio keeps my
programs challenging and efficient through circuit training and his motivating attitude
truly sets him apart.

I recently started taking Tino's class called Women on Weights. It is an hour class that
takes place at Chicago Fitness Center on Thursday's and Sunday's. The class is
meant to tone and strengthen your entire body. I enjoy the class because Tino's
instruction is easy to follow. He provides a good mix of strengthening the lower and
upper body with a consistent number of repetitions, so you don't have to guess when
each rep will be completed.
I have been to other weight classes, where the instructor is unclear and keeps
counting with no end in sight for a specific exercise. When this happens I feel that
I loose focus and the goal to finish strong. Tino gives the class exercises that are
attainable yet challenging at the same time. He pushes you to work hard and make
the class worth your while.
Even above and beyond what the class does for your physical health, I feel that he
wants to make you feel comfortable and welcome. At my first class with Tino, he
walked in, asked my name, and made me feel comfortable for being there my first
time. He was aware of who was in his class and seemed to have good
relationships with the other women. This, I believe, is very important for a weight
class because taking a class that uses many different weights and equipment can be
intimidating. So this warm welcome can make a person feel more relaxed and help
others to feel free to ask any questions they might have. I plan to continue taking
Tino's classes and I am sure I will continue to see results.

Antonio has done a great job of helping me with my strength training and conditioning.
A combination of old school and new school techniques have kept the routines
